great for my chew-to-destroy kid!

Went through the Kong products like they were nothing. Came across this product in a little pet supply store and read about the guarantee and was sold. We bought the small and then went back for the large when they had it in stock. This ball has made it 4 years now without any signs of true damage. It does great no matter where we go and my destructo lab has yet to take down her huck ball. Keep making them my friends, they are great items! Oh and if you need a test dog, send them our way. Layla will be happy to obligue.

My dog loves to play fetch and chase balls herself, but when she gets tired of running she'd stop and chew the tennis balls I had for her. She especially liked to chew the fuzz off of them. I ditched tennis balls for the huck and we both couldn't be happier! She loves chasing it, especially when it takes a creative bounce. And since it's made of Zogoflex she can't destroy it. By far some of the best money I've spent for my dog and me!
Too Heavy For 15 lb Dog
By: - Connecticut Sep 19, 2010
I bought the hurley and the huck but my 15 lb dog won't play with either of them. Too heavy. He actually gets out of the way when I roll the huck towards him. Can't blame him, I wouldn't want to catch a hard, solid rubber ball in my mouth either.

I was skeptical at first as my Lab/Shepherd mix makes it his job to destroy anything in ball shape or stuffed, we have bought the Kong tuff balls and just about every ball that says it is tough and he finds a way to destroy it. He loves tennis balls and will play with them for about 5 minutes then eat it. Now he is a aggressive chewer, but he is not able to chew the original brand kongs, yet they only come in honey comb shape and he loves the ball shape. I purchased this on vacation at a fancy dog boutique on the recommendation of the shop that they have never had one returned because the dog ate or destroyed it. I brought it home and my dogs were in love. They both loved it so much I found a local shop that had them and bought another for my other dog. So far so good.
over 1 and 1/2 years and counting

Our lab was chewing everything up before we bought a Huck and then shortly thereafter a Hurley. These are the only toys we let him have now, as he chews and eats all the other toys the same day we give them to him. And although he'll chew and chew on these, there are only a few teeth marks on them after over a year of ownership. Back here on the website because he's going to be getting the Bumi and Zisc for Christmas!
Not perfect but good enough

I have a american bulldog/lab mix. She chews EVERYTHING. I have not been able to find a toy that will last more than a day. The Huck had "doggie damage" within the first hour and I still find little orange pieces everywhere, but she loves it. I know I can send it in for a refund, but I take it and she just looks so sad. It has been about a month for this Huck, but I will have to buy another one soon. Still cheaper than buying new throw rugs and shoes.

Our GSD Macgregor from rescure came to live with us at 10 months. He suffers from seperation anxiety and has many other issues. Mac has a choice of 3 Huck's, and 2 Tux's, with his preference for the Huck's. Some have a few wear and tear (chewing) marks but they have outlasted his chewing frenzies when he is anxious. We are thrilled with this product and its American made and eco friendly to boot. As long as Mac has a Huck or a Tux in his mouth, he has peace within. Thank you!
Awesome Durable Toy

I have two Old English Bulldogs that destroy any toy they get. The huck has proven to be more durable than any other toy out there. It has some small parts of rubber missing on it. But we've had this toy for over two years and it's still a favorite. I thought we lost it... so when I found it I had to look up the company printed on it to make sure we could get another one.
